These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and shipment of wine products by Liminal Vines LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Legal Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine from Liminal Vines LLC.

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal drinking age.

An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

2. Licensing & Shipping Availability

Liminal Vines LLC is a licensed Limited Winery in Pennsylvania and holds a Direct Wine Shipper License under Pennsylvania law.

2025 Shipping Policy: At this time, we only ship wine within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2026 and Beyond: We intend to expand through a partnership with Vinoshipper, enabling us to ship to additional states where legally permitted. This section will be updated once that expansion is active.

We do not ship internationally.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation of age, or violation of applicable law.

4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays once orders are in transit.

Severe weather conditions may result in a weather hold to protect product quality. Customers will be notified of delays.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales taxes, excise taxes, and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Due to state and federal regulations, wine cannot be returned once it has been shipped, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage.

We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Compliance with Law

By ordering, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages.

Title to and ownership of wine passes from Liminal Vines LLC to the purchaser at the time of sale in Pennsylvania. The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable laws upon delivery in their jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liminal Vines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or purchase of products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
