Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At Liminal Vines LLC, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. However, because we sell alcoholic beverages, federal and state laws restrict the return of wine once it has been shipped. The following policy applies to all orders placed with us:
1. All Sales Are Final
By law, we cannot accept returns of wine or provide refunds for products that are delivered in good condition.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can evaluate the issue.
Once verified, we will either:
Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we make a fulfillment error (wrong item or missing bottles), please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will promptly correct the mistake at no cost to you.
4. Weather Holds & Quality Protection
We may delay shipments in extreme heat or cold to protect wine quality.
Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed due to weather protection.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if:
You provide an incorrect shipping address.
Delivery fails after multiple attempts because no adult (21+) is available to sign.
The product is damaged after successful delivery.
