Grown in the microclimate of New York—where cool waterfall mist meets warm summer air—and fermented and aged in Pennsylvania, Liminal Vines crafts wines with unabashed honesty. This semi-dry Riesling carries notes of white peach, apricot, and wildflower honey, with a bright acidity that brings a clean, flowing freshness. The sweetest of the three Rieslings in our collection—bone dry, off-dry, and semi-dry—it remains balanced and easy to enjoy, making it the most approachable bottle we offer.
Artwork generously provided by Mark Altrogge, whose work has quietly influenced how I see the world. Mark is a retired pastor, painter, and songwriter who continues to invest in his hometown and in the lives of others through his art and his example. There is a steadiness to what he creates—something thoughtful and enduring.
His painting reflects a landscape that is both rooted and reaching, which is another way of describing the space we all live in—between what has been and what is still becoming. That same tension is present here—a wine formed in the liminal space between what has been and what is becoming.
